Warner Bros. Announces Mortal Kombat X
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced Mortal Kombat X today. Mortal Kombat X is being developed by NetherRealm Studios who also developed Injustice: Gods Among Us and Mortal Kombat (2011). Ed Boon, co-creator of Mortal Kombat, continues to be the Creative Director for the tenth installment of the franchise. Mortal Kombat X (MKX) is expected to be released in 2015 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC. The game's "first public appearance" will be at the E3 Expo in Los Angeles, California.
Warner Bros. has also released a new trailer featuring Scorpion and Sub-Zero fighting to the death in high definition. They has also updated the Official Mortal Kombat website for the upcoming game.
