Sega and Capcom to Skip GamesCom

Sega and Capcom have both pulled out of Germany's GamesCom. Gamescom 2010 runs from August 18 through the 22. Sega cited a "commercial decision" as their reason for pulling out. A statement from Capcom Europe says that the decision largely because Germany's Classification Board banning Dead Rising in the country.
