Earlier today Activision confirmed that its open world, Crackdown meets Hulk: Ultimate Destruction (with some Symbiote from the Spiderman comics thrown in for good measure) action title will arrive in Europe June 5, only to arrive a few days over here in North America June 9.

Prototype is expected to be rated M and will be available for the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
