Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance Released on PC Today

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance has been released on Windows PC today.

Developed by Kojima Productions and PlatinumGames, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is an action hack-and-slash game taking place four years after the events of Metal Gear Solid 4. Raiden, a child solider who has undergone a cybernetic transformation, has been tasked with protecting the prime minister of an African country. However, a terrorist group known as Desperado attacks, kidnapping and killing the prime minister and leaving Raiden for dead. Now, with a new cyborg body that grants him greater power, Raiden is ready for his vengeance against Desperado, a vengeance that will also uncover a conspiracy.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance was originally released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on February 19, 2013. The PC version will include all three DLC missions: Blade Wolf, Jetstream, and VR Missions. Players will also get access to customized body upgrades for Raiden such as the White Armor, the Inferno Armor, the Commando Armor, Raiden’s MGS4 body, and the Cyborg Ninja body.
