Iwata Announces New Games for Wii U
Nintendo President Satoru Iwata has recently unveiled some news on upcoming Wii U games on the latest installment of Nintendo Direct.
It has been announced by Eiji Aonuma that there will be two new Legend of Zelda games for the Wii U. In addition, the creators of Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario 3D Land are working on a new Super Mario game that is scheduled to be playable at the 2013 E3 event. There is also a new Yoshi game created by the makers of Kirbyâ€™s Epic Yarn that will incorporate the same artistic style.
A few notable RPGs have been announced as well. There is also an announcement that two major RPG franchises are doing a crossover in Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem, though details are still scarce at the moment. Another upcoming RPG game is a new game from Monolith Soft, creators of Xenoblade Chronicles.
Trailers for other The Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta 2 have come out as well, though the latter is still in development and details will arrive later.
