Square Enix has recently announced that Final Fantasy V, the fifth entry in the Final Fantasy main series, will have a PC release on September 24, 2015.
Originally released in 1992 for the Super Famicom, Final Fantasy V tells the story of Bartz Klauser, an adventurer who witnesses a meteor slam into the planet. As he investigates, he runs into a princess named Lenna and an amnesiac man named Galuf. Both Lenna and Galuf are headed toward the Wind Shrine, so Bartz accompanies them there, only to find that the Wind Crystal has shattered. They soon discover that an evil force is trying to destroy the four Crystals that sustain the world, and that they must find a way to stop said evil force.
The PC version of Final Fantasy V will include:
Enhanced characters and graphics by veteran artist Kazuko Shibuya.

A job and ability system featuring twenty-six unique classes to customize the four playable characters.
