Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen PC Trailer Released
Capcom has recently released a trailer for the upcoming PC port of Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen.
Players take on the role of a simple villager whose village is attacked by the mighty Dragon. The Dragon, impressed by the villager's feeble but noble attempts to fight back, rips out their heart, turning them into one of the Arisen. The Dragon challenges the Arisen to grow stronger and challenge him once more. To fight the Dragon and beat back the horde of monsters that have flooded the land, the Arisen will need to gather a group of mercenary-like beings called Pawns and master all sorts of powers.
Originally released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on May 22, 2014, the PC port will also feature the Dark Arisen expansion. This expansion includes a new deadly location for players to explore: Bitterblack Isle. Bitterblack Isle features new enemies to fight and a new mechanic where fallen enemies leave corpses that could potentially draw even stronger monsters to the area. It also features new powerful items, though players will need to venture deep into the Isle to find said items.
Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen for the PC will be released on January 15, 2016.
