Ubisoft Toronto Founder Jade Raymond Departs After 10 Years

Ubisoft announced today that Jade Raymond will be departing Ubisoft after 10 years. Alexandre Parizeau will become Managing Director of the Toronto Studio on October 29, 2014. Jade Raymond was the producer for the original Assassin's Creed video game (2004-2007). She opened the Ubisoft Toronto studio and was its managing director since 2009. Raymond also was executive producer on Assassin's Creed II (2008-2009), Watch Dogs (2008-2009), and Splinter Cell Blacklist (2010-2013).

According to Variety, there will be a TV series based on the video game series. The new Resident Evil TV show is expected to launch at some point after the 2016 Resident Evil film( directed by Paul W.S. Anderson and featuring Milla Jovovich).
